Frequently asked questions
Everything comms, content and compliance teams ask before they run their first review. Can’t find it? Start a workspace and see for yourself.
Can Akede work across more than one market?
Yes. A brand can name any markets in the world, or simply Global. Each review can target one market, all your markets, or Global; where rules diverge, findings say which market they apply to.
We are not a regulated business. Is Akede still for us?
Yes. Turn the regulated switch off and Akede applies general advertising standards only: truthful claims, disclosure of paid partnerships, fair pricing claims.
What does Akede judge content against on day one?
Your brand guide, your rules and product facts, your industry's rule pack, and researched benchmarks for your market. It says plainly when a forecast is based on averages rather than your own results, and that changes fast once it starts learning.
Is Akede giving legal advice?
No. Akede is decision support: it flags issues, names the rule and proposes compliant wording. Sign-off authority stays with your compliance people and, where required, your principal.
Who on my team does what?
Marketers create and schedule, Compliance signs off restricted promotions, Approvers give final and principal approval, Analysts run learnings, Admins manage everything. Buttons show who is needed when it is not you.
What happens if we sell several products?
Add each product with its own facts. Content is judged against the product it promotes, so one product's pricing never leaks into another's claims. Different industries entirely? Give each its own brand.
Can it make visuals?
It drafts on-brand visual layouts with a predicted performance score, and generates scored copy variants for testing. Photo and video generation is on the production roadmap.
Where does our data live?
Per-organisation isolation with real sign-in and encryption at rest — your workspace's data is not shared across tenants.
