Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out what you may not do with Akede. Because Akede exists to help brands speak correctly, misusing it to do the opposite is taken seriously.

Don’t break the law or the rules
  • Don’t use Akede to create, approve or publish content you know to be misleading, or that breaches advertising, financial-promotion, consumer-protection or data-protection law.
  • Don’t use a “compliant” signal as cover to knowingly ship a promotion you know to be non-compliant, or to bypass required internal or regulatory sign-off.
  • Don’t promote unlawful products or activities, or content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or that exploits or targets minors.
Don’t misuse other people’s data
  • Only upload Customer Content and third-party information (competitors, mentions, creators) you have a lawful basis to process.
  • Don’t use Akede to profile, harass, or scrape individuals beyond legitimate, lawful marketing intelligence.
Don’t attack or abuse the platform
  • No attempts to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other tenants’ data (including DoS/DDoS, credential attacks, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorisation).
  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, resale, or use of the Service (or its output) to build a competing product, or to train a competing model.
  • No sharing of credentials, circumventing usage limits, or automating access outside documented interfaces.
Reporting & enforcement

Report abuse or a suspected vulnerability to security@akede.co. We may investigate suspected violations, and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or notify authorities where required. We aim to warn first for good-faith mistakes, but reserve the right to act immediately where there is risk to the platform, to other customers, or to the public.
